The Barbecue area is certainly a strong point of the structure. The sea view makes the villa unique. Immersed in a garden where plants typical of the Mediterranean maquis predominate, the house is simple and with essential furnishings to allow you to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday. A beautiful sea view predominates from every point outside the house, and in the barbecue area you can enjoy wonderful outdoor barbecues. Just 50 m on foot, in a small bay, there is a beach of sand and pebbles. Possibility of visits and excursions in the nearby Selinunte at only 30 km, Eraclea Minoa at 35 km, Agrigento 65 km, Erice 100 km.
