Room No 4 has One FULL Bed and is FAN COOLED with its Private shower and Toilet outside the room and sells for 30usd per couple. Room 5 has ONE SINGLE and one BUNK bed and can sleep 3 individuals. This sells for 30usd for a couple and each additional person costs 15usd and has its private Shower and Toilet outside of the room. Room No 6 has two FULL BEDs and is FAN Cooled and has its private shower and toilet outside the room.

It is literally minutes away from the downtown restaurants and bars, the local market and the Welcome Center where the buses and other public transportation are located. Perfect for being close to the hustle and bustle of the town yet far enough to be away from the noise. Just 4 minutes away ( walking ) from us is the most famous restaurant in town, The Guava Limb Restaurant.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining. The kitchen has refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, pots and pans.
