Positive: The location and overall design is ok

Negative: I booked a superior room with a double bed, but I’m not convinced that the room I received matched that description. The bed was not a true double bed, but rather two single beds pushed together. Not only was there a noticeable gap in the middle, but the beds also tended to slide apart. Additionally, the room was located on the ground floor, right next to the reception, with a window facing the street. This made it very noisy — I could hear guests arriving and leaving, conversations at the reception, as well as people walking by on the busy street. In my opinion, these aspects should be clearly mentioned in the room description, or such rooms should be categorized separately. I would have gladly paid extra for a superior room on a higher floor, and I likely would not have made this booking if I had known in advance that the room would be on the ground floor.
