Positive: Very nice rooms, a bit quirky, the property also incorporates a nice Italian restaurant, and is in a very good location in a pleasant village, the lady at breakfast was very nice and helpful

Negative: The check in process was a complete shambles, although the reception is supposed to be open, it was all locked up, so we had to sit outside, make 2 phone calls and eventually someone turned up who didn’t really know what to do, at the same time another guest turned up who had already waited an hour and come back

Summary: Very nice stay at the hotel, but check in process is a disaster
