Positive: The continental breakfast was great! Also, the staff at the restaurant.
Negative: The front desk staff did not provide us with any information upon check-in. We had to ask about everything instead of being given basic details proactively. In addition, there was a loud party directly in front of the hotel. Our room faced the Malecón, and the music continued until almost 3:00 AM. The noise was so loud that we were unable to get any sleep. Overall, this significantly affected our stay and made it a very disappointing experience.
Summary: It was ok for being in the Pueblo.
