Positive: Location is great and the hotel is very beautiful. Decor is old-fashioned but in line with the historical building.
Negative: Poor customer service. They could have provided more info before arrival or replied to messages. At arrival, the female receptionist was not very willing to help with basic info. However, the male receptionist was great and helped us with arranging our leave.
