Positive: From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. Hotel Centrum is a true gem in the heart of Prizren. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the city’s historic landmarks, yet peaceful and relaxing. The room was elegant, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with attention to every detail. Housekeeping maintained exceptional cleanliness throughout our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of fresh local specialties and international favorites. Every meal we had at the hotel was delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The highlight of our stay was Utopia Rooftop. The panoramic views over Prizren are simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The atmosphere is stylish and relaxing, the signature cocktails are expertly crafted, and the service is exceptional. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic evening or drinks with friends, it’s one of the most beautiful rooftop experiences in Kosovo. Everything—from the accommodation and food to the rooftop experience—was beyond our expectations. Hotel Centrum delivers true luxury with warm hospitality.
