Summary: Exceptional: - check-in process was fast, easy, and included an efficient tour to acclimate - valet team… such helpful guys with getting access to truck to leave for daily adventures, helping us pack up luggage and just generally setting such a nice tone every time we came in and out of the hotel - we ate breakfast twice. Great, simple hotel breakfast Eh: - tv needed manually reset every time we were in shared common room - elevator was broken the entire time we were there (but didn’t hurt us to walk off some food and cocktails) - there is tea service 24 hours a day, and espresso in your room, but would be nice just to have a carafe of coffee by the tea station
