Positive: Overall, the hotel is worth staying at, On the positive side, I’d like to mention that Mr. Shpejtim and Mrs. Elonora were very friendly and kind, and their service really made our stay better.

Negative: there are quite a few things that should be improved to reach a perfect standard. The shower facilities need better maintenance, and the internet connection in the room was not good at all. Surprisingly, one of the staff even told me that if the shampoo in the room is not good enough, I should go and buy one myself — which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
