Summary: The property is situated in a beautiful area of Gozo with amazing views over Comino and Malta. Staff were very good (would not say 5 star but certainly a 4 star). My wife and myself went back to Ta' Cenc after first visiting 15 years ago and stayed in one of the most expensive rooms, the Trullo Suite. It was our 30th Anniversary so wanted something special, unfortunately this was not the case. The room is very dated, although a beatiful building, the main issues here were: 1. Mattress was super soft and not of good quality you would expect 2. Pillows were extremely flat and there were no choices of other pillows 3. The Bath had a large crack in it 4. The lower shower would not lock in place and was old Whilst we stayed there the local village had it festival and lots of road closures, this was not told to us when we arrived adn spent 30 mins trying to find the route back to the hotel. Overall the stay was good, however it most certainly wasn't the 5 Star resort stay that i had expected to be able to celebrate with my wife, and there is another Hotel that near that does offer a much better 5 star service for less money. Lesson learned unfortunately.
