Positive: Gorgeous hotel, big rooms, spa and pool facilities.

Negative: Front desk got so many things wrong and made many mistakes, also not particularly friendly (Massage therapist didn’t show up for a scheduled treatment and had me waiting alone in a room for 20 minutes and all the lady had to say was “ok, will take the massage off your bill”, for example). Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired as far as options (not to mention that the manager, Katerina, insulted my 80 year old mom and then proceeded to walk away in the middle of a conversation). The workers at the restaurant are super nice and helpful but the menu variation is problematic (breakfast is great though!).

Summary: Meh.overpriced and not value for money
