The village of Parra is home to the infamous Parra Coconut Tree Road - a picturesque lane made famous by the numerous Bollywood movies filmed at it. With close proximity to popular restaurants and easy access to the city, the location is ideal for those inclined to explore the vicinity during their stay.
- We can help you get rented vehicles (two-wheelers and cars).
- The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price).
- The airport is approximately 40 km away. The nearest railway station is Thivim (~ 30 km).
IMPORTANT : Please note that the rental agreement and check-in form must be completed before your stay in order to receive the necessary check-in instructions.
*For foreign nationals, we kindly request that you provide your visa details as part of the check-in process.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host's approval is required.
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
- Being located in a community, we don't allow loud music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable.
- We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval
- BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
