The house "Elfriede"
The house was completely gutted, rebuilt and renovated between 2019 and 2022.
Whether roof, windows, facade, insulation, doors, terraces, etc. in the outside area, interior walls, ceilings, electrics, plumbing, floors, etc., were rebuilt.
The furniture has been lovingly put together and is also new.
On approx. 120sqm you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a new kitchen.
The capacity of guests is between 1 – 6 people

Each bedroom has a double bed and satellite TV.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower (on the ground floor)/toilet and sink/mirror cabinet
kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need, electric stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
living-dining room
The living room is comfortably furnished, with an eye for detail, a comfortable and large couch, and the large dining table for a nice get-together with friends and family.
You will also find a satellite TV here, only slightly larger.
terrace
Here you have the choice between two terraces, a small (approx. 15 sqm in the entrance area) and/or the somewhat larger (approx. 35 sqm) terrace. As you like.
Terrace furniture, parasol and cushions are of course available / included.
A heart for smokers
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house!
However, no smoker should have to stand outside in the rain, so the small terrace, which is completely covered, offers the opportunity to do so, including an ashtray and fireproof "dumper".
Storage space for bicycles or motorbikes

Dear future guests, currently (as of December 4th, 2022) there is no WiFi available, but we are committed to offering this as soon as possible.
Furthermore, the courtyard area is still being created, but definitely no construction work will take place as soon as the "Haus Elfriede" should be rented to you, so as not to disturb your well-deserved rest.
