I rent my holiday home which is located in Cavalaire sur Mer, ideally located, very close, on foot, the city center and the beaches. Very quiet area, house located in private dead end.

3-room terraced house (2 Bedrooms), located in the resort of Cavalaire sur Mer, 450m from the center and shops and 350m from the beach.
Private: fenced rectangular swimming pool 4 x 10m, depth 80 to 190 cm, with internal steps, on plot of 530m² (fenced). Security barrier for the pool. Outdoor shower.
Individual garage in the property and space available to park in front of the house which is in a private cul-de-sac.
Unobstructed view, partly sea view.
Renovated in 2018, comfortable and pleasant, with:
1 living / dining room with TV and international TV channels (flat screen 140 cm or 55¨). Exit on the terrace.
1 room with 1 single bed (90 cm by190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), TV (flat screen), fan.
1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), fan.
Open kitchen (redone in 2018) with oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, fridge 70 cm wide, freezer, coffee maker + coffee machine (Nespresso), combined microwave.
Bathroom: Shower + separate WC.
