Positive: This was truly one of the most special places I have ever stayed. The property is set inside an incredibly old historic village/fortress, and the atmosphere feels as if time has stood still. Staying here felt less like renting an apartment and more like living inside a beautifully restored piece of history. The renovation is simply outstanding. The owner has blended centuries-old character with modern comfort in the most tasteful way imaginable. Every detail has clearly been chosen with care and top-quality materials. The interior feels like a private art gallery, filled with beautiful antiques, artwork, and thoughtful design touches everywhere you look. I loved spending time inside just admiring the craftsmanship and the way the historic elements were preserved and incorporated into the modern living space. The result is truly exceptional. The apartment was also stocked far beyond what you would expect from a typical short-term rental. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay was already there, and then some. Most importantly, the host was wonderful, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He went out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything. His hospitality made the experience even more memorable. I absolutely loved staying here and would return without hesitation. If you have the opportunity to stay in this unique and beautiful property, don’t think twice, you will not regret it.
