Our 'Fountain View' condo has gone under a complete renovation from top to bottom. All brand new flooring, soft close cabinets, granite countertops through out along with all brand new furnishings. New railing and new screened in back covered porch. Everything is brand new!
‘Fountain View’, is located in the prestigious gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village, and has amazing fountain views and gazebo directly below the unit. This two bedroom condo is ready for your vacation getaway. ‘Fountain View’ is just across from the Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, plus close to all the entertainment options Branson has to offer, making your visit memorable.
Your retreat features a lower level King size private bedroom along with luxury linens and Smart TV. Private on suite with lavish granite and tile walk in shower along with double sink granite top vanity. You have the perfect covered patio right outside your king suite door with direct view and access of the fountain, gazebo and wandering stream.
A second bedroom, a King Suite is just down the hall along with it's private bath with tub/shower combo. A Smart Tv is also in the bedroom so you can watch the early morning news or that late night movie.
You will find a Queen deluxe air mattress with built in pump in the master closet along with linens for the extra guests in your family.
When you enter "Fountain View" you have all the amenities of home. A welcoming dining room that seats 6 very comfortably that is open to the kitchen and foyer to living room. The brand new kitchen sporting beautiful granite countertops and farmhouse white Craft Maid cabinets is equipped to cook up your family meal. A regular and Keurig coffee maker is supplied along with a few starter coffee pods.
The kitchen overlooks the open living room and screened in porch. If you open the slider to porch you can enjoy the sounds of the fountain below.
The kitchen, living and dining area is bright and open. Begin your morning sitting out on the covered screened in porch, sipping your coffee while watching the birds and listening to the soothing water fountain below. This unit also features high speed WIFI for your convenience along with a washer and dryer and a Smart TV in the living room along with an electric fireplace. A George Foreman electric bbq grill is supplied out on screened in porch for your use. (please clean if you use)
The Grille Restaurant is located on the bottom floor of the clubhouse. Pointe Royale Resort has all the amenities your family and friends to enjoy, including an award winning golf course, indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise facilities, park with swings for the kids or young at heart and tennis courts. Also for the fisherman in the group, you’re not even a mile to the waters edge of Lake Taneycomo. You certainly won't want to miss the opportunity to stay at ‘Fountain View’, for Branson has so many great shows to enjoy this season.
