Summary: Excellent service and great experience.The customer service was outstanding and the hotel was very good. The staff was always attentive and helpful. My hot air balloon flight was canceled, but he went above and beyond to help me get another one, which made my trip unforgettable. Everything was clean, well organized, and whenever I needed anything, he was always there. Highly recommended.
