The 3 bedrooms offer super comfortable beds with high quality linen, and each its own bathroom. The open kitchen has a cooking isle and state of the art equipment. It also has a private garage for 2 cars , laundry room and elevator.
Our Ski chalet in El Tarter, Andorra, is a luxury mountain home and comprises 255 m2, spread over 3 floors. It is stylishly decorated and foreseen of high-quality bespoke furniture and finishing to create a unique ambiance and luxurious boutique style experience.
And you will have the best views of the slopes of Grandvalira, overlooking the mythical Aliga world cup piste.
On the lower floor, you will find the living area, with a sunken lounge, furnished with specially crafted design furniture. It features high ceilings with large wall to wall windows giving a lot of natural light throughout the year. It also connects with a large hanging terrace, overlooking the valley and mountain range.
A small step up you have the fully equipped open plan kitchen complete with a cooking island and large wooden dining table for 8. And next to the kitchen, there is an extra guest toilet.
One floor up, on street level, there are 2 guest bedrooms, both with a double bed and private bathroom (of which 1 ensuite). And on the top or attic floor, you will find the spacious master bedroom, with a large walk-in closet and modern ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms feature super comfortable beds with high quality linen.
On the lower level, behind the kitchen there is a private garage which with 34m2 well fits two cars, and has ski storage racks, plus a boot heater. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. And the house is equipped with an elevator reaching all three floors.
The vacation rental home is completely new and was constructed in 2019 respecting the local environment.
