Positive: This beautiful little hotel makes the perfect getaway to completely relax and experience the French countryside. Set in an old house, it is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. We rented a car from Avignon and it took just under an hour to drive to the property along nice, quiet roads. Valerie & Pierre, the lovely owners, are the most perfect hosts, on hand to help but not invasive, with brilliant recommendations for the local area. We loved visiting Uzes (15 minute drive) and Pont du Gard and just soaking up the French countryside. The pool in the small courtyard was absolutely perfect for completely relaxing and is open from 11am - 8pm, complete with bubble jets in one half of it to properly relax. Breakfast was a classic continental affair with homemade touches, pastries and fresh fruit (it varied a little from day to day) and was served in the garden which was perfect. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the beds super comfortable. A lovely view of the old stone village from the old shuttered windows too. Such a lovely little village for a walk around too. If you want a relaxing stay in an idyllic location don’t hesitate to book this place. You won’t regret if!
