Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The staff are lovely. Very warm and welcoming. The hotel looks great on the surface, nice decor with an Arabic and modern style. Pool is nice and clean. Proximity to the beach is great.
Negative: Unfortunately the property needs to be deep cleaned in some areas and the rooms are not cleaned daily. Room was not cleaned once in a 4/5 day period and there were many bugs. There is no A/C and the WiFi connection was poor. Rooms are small and lack ventilation. Breakfast is same everyday with limited choice. Food and drinks are expensive definitely European pricing as are the rooms. Surrounding area is quite run down and quite far from the medina.
Summary: Mediocre, wouldn’t stay again. Sorry
