The house has been beautifully restored and expanded. The thick stone walls keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A woodburner heats the house, wood is free. A kitchen with dining table, well-equipped, 1 sleeping area (mezzanine for 2 people). In the sitting room a wood stove. Electric heating in bathroom and kitchen. The couch in the living room can be converted into a bed (1.40 m).
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is wifi.
Various seating areas outside in the sun or under the apple trees. There is a swimming pool (5x10m) shared with the owner. The owner lives on the property.
Signposted hiking trails start right outside the door. There is a lot of wildlife in the woods and the nightingale sings while you admire the most beautiful starry sky.
In the area you can eat delicious food, visit nice markets, old towns and museums and prehistoric places or beautiful gardens. You can also take a nice canoe trip on the Dordogne or the Vézère or go cycling. The house is not suitable for small children, we have not taken safety measuresfor them.
