Positive: we were lucky to get one of the apartments on the upper floor with a beautiful terrace and an amazing beach view. the apartment was clean, well equipped, and the host was responsive.

Negative: it's not easy to get hot water : you have to wait for a long time, then after a few minutes you run out of hot water and have to wait again

Summary: I recommend it for the wonderful view
