Our new cottage is located 2 mn walk to the quietest and prettiest side of Tropic of Cancer beach, overlooking a salt lake, very private, ideal for a couple looking for a quiet environment. It is located next to our solar farm (yes, we are off-grid, you will never experience power outage or generator noise). We also produce reverse osmosis filtered water, and have Starlink high speed internet.
The cottage features:
- a large bedroom with king-size bed
- a bathroom with a 45x45 shower and rainshower head, elegant vanity, front load washer and dryer, tankless on-demand hot water, all plumbing fixtures are Grohe
- a main open space kitchen/living room
* kitchen: fridge/freezer combo, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, island seating 3
and all you need to cook, bake and serve
* living-room: seating area including a sofa/chaise, coffee and end tables, 65" smart
TV and sound system
- a large porch: 2 seat-jacuzzi, lounge chairs, chair and ottoman, love seat and coffee table
A/C unit and ceiling fan in the bedroom, and 2 A/C units and ceiling fan in the kitchen/living area

Summary: Valerie met us and took us to the cottage to check in and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The cottage was lovey and every detail was addressed. It was very private. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and sent time relaxing outside in the hot tub and lounging in spa like setting inside. Great time!
