Positive: I like that it is new and spacious. It’s got a big backyard with and nice landscaping. Grass is meticulously maintained - it has a decent sized pool and a trampoline and a goalie which is good entertainment for my multigenerational family trip. The kitchen is new and big - with a big fridge and lots and lots of plates and cutleries. We were in 10 and never ran out of plates which is nice. The fact that it has a granny is awesome so we and our 2 kids can be in separate area when need be.

Negative: Not enough aircon units. There is only 1 aircon unit by the look of it only has roughly 1000kw power - and it is located in the living room - you only feel the cool air if you stand within 2 metres from it. We went in late Feb highest temp was 28 degrees but the rooms get very very hot and the property doesn’t cool down at all. We didn’t have good sleep because it was very hot and the fan circulated hot air within the rooms. It was very unpleasant during the day as well due to the heat - it’s impossible to stay inside - hence we were using the pool a lot If owner can invest a larger power aircon unit that would be great
