Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry, parking, and balconies. In regard to the lower deck, while enjoyment of the deck will be solely for you and your guests, individuals may briefly pass through to access the boat dock and their boat - they will never have access to the home itself, nor will they be able to hang out on the deck. Access to and from the boat dock would be no more than a few minutes and occurs very rarely.

**The pool is scheduled to be serviced on Fridays.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.!

**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have two extra cleaners assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.
**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
**Exterior cameras present for verification of guest occupancy and to prevent illegal events/parties.

Summary: I can't say enough about this property. The home is extremely comfortable. The beds are amazing especially is you like soft and plush which I do. It is equipped with everything you need. The pool was the perfect temp for someone who does not like cold water pools. The deck area has ample seating and provides just the right amount of shade to help you avoid the heat on a hot New Orleans day. The property is managed by a wonderful team of people who respond to your questions almost immediately day or night. You are provided with a very detailed guide to help you with your stay from arrival, to things to do and places to go as well as departure instructions. Everything is at your fingertips. There is a park nearby with a walking path that has markers to indicate distance. There is also a path to walk along the lake. There are many stores and restaurants in the area to choose from that range in price. Although once you check into this property you may not want to leave. I have only one comment about logistics. When I saw reviews for this location there was a concern mentioned about the rental agreement you are asked to sign. We did not find this to be unreasonable and I encourage you not to let it cause you to hesitate. You will not be disappointed with this property. I was sad to leave and hope to return again soon!
