Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A fantastic hotel from beginning to end. Beatrix was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the hotel when we arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and the furniture seemed brand new. Our children were very happy to have their own room! Breakfast was varied and the quality of food was excellent. "Be" made an effort to speak to us every morning and engaged with the children. Little things that make a big difference. Stunning pool and spa area. Very quiet while we were there which we enjoyed. We would love to return in the future.
Negative: The pool was cold - maybe too cold for some. But we enjoyed anyway.
