Bedroom 1 features King size bed with luxury linens, tv and view of the pink Pepper tree ~ en suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 features King size bed with luxury linens and view of the Pomegranate tree ~ en suite full bathroom with tub & shower.
Den/Office with leather L-shape sofa, designated work desk, printer & tv with fire stick. This room shares a wall with the unique indoor atrium.
Open Living/Dining room features floor to ceiling windows, 2 large sofas and seating area, access to upper patio. Our dining area features beautiful table and view of the garden.
Our Kitchen features new stove, refrigerator & dishwasher. Charming table for two, dinnerware, cookware & starter pantry.
Enjoy al fresco dining on the deck or down the steps, pass the fragrant pink Jasmine vine, Japanese Maple, Australian Willow and Forest Pansy Redbud trees to the garden table set for 6.

The entire house is available to you as well as the garden area. I live in the garden apt with separate entrance and private fenced yard.
