Located on the third floor (no elevator) of a well-appointed condominium, you'll be seduced by its parquet flooring, high ceilings and spaciousness from the moment you enter.
Opening onto a beautiful dining room adjoining a lovely living room with direct access to the terrace.
The pleasant, independent kitchen has everything you need to prepare your best dishes: fridge, oven, Nespresso machine, gas hob (5 burners), toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
It has two bedrooms, the first of which, like the living room, gives access to the terrace overlooking the Cours Cambronne, while the second is divided into two areas with 2 double beds.
The bathroom is directly accessible from both bedrooms, and features a large old-fashioned bathtub. For your laundry, you'll have access to a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The WC is separate.

Le Cambronne is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment and its operation, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
Area and transport
Located in the heart of the city on Place Graslin, 2 minutes' walk from the Musée d'Histoires Naturelles and 100 m from the Musée Dobrée, you're in one of Nantes' most sought-after neighborhoods. You'll also be able to take advantage of the district's many food shops (bakery, fishmonger, wine shop, cheese shop...).
For your car, the "Graslin" public pay parking lot is just 2 minutes from the apartment.
To get around, you can opt for the self-service "Bicloo" bicycles, with a station at the foot of the building.
Public transport (streetcar and bus) is mainly available from "Commerce", 5 min from the apartment.
For the airport, we recommend the dedicated shuttle bus, also departing from "Commerce", which will take no more than twenty minutes.
