Positive: Nicely decorated, good use of space, not too far to nearest tram stop or for walking into city. The benefits of an apartment.
Negative: The key collection and return process was stressful. There is nowhere to stop or park outside or near the shop where the keys were collected from. Parking at the property is on the roadside first come first served, we were lucky to get a space. Consequently we did not move the car whilst there as it was very busy. The nearest supermarket is a considerable walk. We did not know the apartment was on the first floor (not mentioned in description) up a narrow fairly steep staircase. Had we known this we wouldn’t have booked it. Whilst reasonably priced and nicely decorated there are items that need attention. Only one cup and one bowl, limited cutlery. The sink plug in the ensuite is faulty but an easy fix, the toilet seat is either just loose or the wrong size. Could not get the TV / Freebox to work no instructions left. Worst of all the smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling we found it in the pans drawer. Did not try to contact the owner as previous contacts had been very delayed responses. No mattress protector and a stained mattress. No fan, it was incredibly hot in the apartment.
Summary: Awful key collection and return process - first floor apartment!
