Positive: We arrived early by bike, cold and wet after being in severe weather. A cleaner noticed us trying to get in (hotel opened at 4 we arrived at 1.30) and notified the manager. The gate was immediately opened for us and bikes put in secure room. We will never forget Terry’s kindness. We were allowed into our rooms.
