Positive: The property suited us well as a family of 6 with the 2 bathrooms, lounge & kitchen off each other worked well and the garden was fabulous for our 2 young grandchildren with access to it from the kitchen, the garden is a sun trap from sunrise to sunset, lovely for us to enjoy with the great weather we had. The location worked well for us too with places of interest we wanted to see and that we had booked, ie port lympne zoo 20 mins, dymchurch & hythe railway/ & beach 15~20 mins..both well worth a visit and ashford for food shopping a short journey. We would stay at the property again. A nice touch too, the owner Linda left us milk and homemade banana loaf and jam :]

Negative: Not a 'not like' !! but for safety, a bath slip mat was not at the property, but when we brought this to the attention of the owner Patrick, he said he will amend this.
