Positive: Lemon House is truly a gem in Savoca — a sparkling jewel in one of the most charming villages of Sicily. The house itself looks like an elegant English villa, cared for down to the smallest detail, combining refinement, warmth and a sense of “home away from home.” Savoca, with its medieval streets, breathtaking views over the Ionian coast, and history as a filming location of The Godfather, made our stay even more special — and Lemon House is the perfect place to enjoy it all. What makes this place unique, however, is Christel. She is the perfect host, a lady of grace and kindness, with the elegance of another time. Always present but never intrusive, she guided us with precious tips, recommending superb restaurants and wonderful experiences. Thanks to her, we discovered the very best of the area — from unforgettable dinners to breathtaking drives, and even a fantastic cruise that was the highlight of our holiday. Every detail at Lemon House is impeccable: spotlessly clean and beautifully scented rooms, embroidered sheets, the softest bathrobes, and delicious breakfasts served with care. Everything speaks of true passion for hospitality. We could not have imagined a better stay. Christel made us feel not just like guests, but like family.
