Do not set the heating in the accommodations to excessively high temperatures!!

For any request, including in case of emergency, please contact us directly via the booking platform. This allows us to respond more quickly, and we will be able to contact you if necessary.
Arrival Procedure
Arrival: From 4:00 PM only, with self-check-in. Details will be available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.
Information Collection and Security Deposit
For security and protection of the accommodations we manage, we have implemented some simple steps to be taken before your arrival:
Proof of Identity: We require proof of identity for each adult traveler present at the time of booking. This ensures secure management for everyone.
Security Deposit: On some platforms, a security deposit may be requested to cover any potential damages. This amount is fully refunded within 7 days of your departure, after verification of the accommodation.
This information will need to be provided in a dedicated form that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. This form is perfectly secure, and the information collected is only used for the purpose of the reservation. Once this form is completed, you will receive access to a practical application to organize your stay.
This registration form has been implemented to guarantee the security of the accommodations we manage, as well as to allow you self-check-in at your chosen time. However, if this procedure poses a problem for you due to security concerns, confidentiality issues, lack of internet access, or any other reason, you can send us the requested information by email, or visit our agency during our opening hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and
Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, by appointment.
All this information will be included in a form to be completed that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. Once this form is filled, you will receive access to a dedicated application containing:
Essential information about your stay (Wi-Fi codes, rules to be respected, etc.)

Departure Procedure (Check-Out)
Before leaving the accommodation, we ask you to:
Remove the sheets from the bed and group all the dirty laundry.
Do the dishes.
Take out the trash: Place the bags on the street after 6:00 PM.
The keys must be returned to the same place as upon your arrival.
Departure: Departures must be made before 11:00 AM at the latest. We no longer accept late departures due to repeated abuse.

You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe.
Unfortunately, the building's condominium association prohibits us from installing a key safe on the building itself. Therefore, the keys will be available at a different address (14 Rue des Élus, 51100 Reims) and must be returned to the same location. We thank you for making the necessary arrangements. We are looking for simpler solutions, but for now, this is the best option available.
We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute.
