Little island paradise awaits you. Fishing and swimming are only steps away. Home is located on the channel with lovely views of the water from the large back deck or lower patio. The home has spacious outdoor areas for relaxation and entertaining. Beach, marinas, great eats and family/adult entertainment are only minutes away. Home is on 2nd level and built on concrete stilts. This home is fully equipped for long term stays. This home boasts of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Toiletries and towels are provided in each bathroom for your comfort. The home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood where you will often find neighbors running or walking on the sidewalk.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom suite with a shower. This bedroom also has its own smart TV and walk in closet. An iron and ironing board can also be found in the walk-in closet along with a full-length mirror.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and equipped with a luggage rack.
The smaller bedroom has a cute trundle bed with twin mattresses and plenty of games and books for the children.
Additional games can be found inside the entertainment center where the large smart TV is located. The living room has additional sleeping areas in form of a queen size sleeper sofa.
