Positive: It has a/c on the bedrooms, it helps a lot for a proper nicght of sleep but 0 against mosquitos, they came in the bedroom regardless! Claudia was very polite and always helping she was our contact person thru whatsapp! Claudia also gave us the contact information from German, who was really nice and picked us up at the airport, the price was in range and he made the ride more pleasant! Percy was the gut who gave us the keys and showed us the apartmen when we first arrive and was supposed to be the insitu contact person, he was good until ...

Negative: The cushions had hair from ppl who stayed there before! Percy offered me a delivery service! It ended up wrong! I made an order to him, I asked for "a" soap and got 4, 18 beers and got 24, "a little box of matches" got 4, ordered avocado, onions, bananas, apples result; hald of the avocados where good to be eaten, more than half of the onions were thrown away, all the apples were bad once you opened them up, bananas (the easiest fruit to pick) half of my order thrown away too! He did tryed to repair the damage by sending new onions, bananas and apples but we had the apples at the same condition we got the first time. I also ordered chicken filet and received it with chest bones and even the entire chicken neck! All this horrendous experience with a price between 25% and 40% upcharge, of the already pricy grocery shopping on a supposedly to be in organos or máncora. For example we went and bought eggs again and we paid 10 soles for 30 eggs, resulting on a unit price of 0,33 cent of a soles. He sold us for 12 soles 25 eggs, resulting on a unit price of 0.48 cents of a soles for egg! A 45% upcharge on the eggs price and this goes on with the entire list! So please if you need to do the grocery shopping is better to do it yourself! You can get mototaxis to organos for 15 soles one way and the same price for the way back being a total of 30 soles, the deliviery cost of percy was 20 soles, you better pay the ectra ten and you get what gou need as you need it and for cheaper if you take the time! The swimming pool was broken and they took their time to fix it, it was dirty and really discusting. The power went off for about half day and they have a generator but it works just for the common areas, so if you are cooking or you need to cook and you do not have matches or a ligther than you are for an even worst day.
