Use of Tahoe Keys Association facilities are charged separately by the Association on a daily or weekly basis. This includes indoor and outdoor pools with outdoor hot tubs adjacent to the indoor pool, tennis courts, beach and children's play area.
Our townhouse condominium is located on wide water on the Tahoe Keys Lagoon and close to the lake channel. You are a 4 minute walk to the indoor pool and 5 minute walk to the outdoor pool and private beach. The tennis courts are right across the street, as is the basketball court.
Homeowner Association shared recreational facilities require a pass. They are available at the Association office for a fee. Cost depends on length of stay and facilities used. (Daily and weekly rates available.) Call us for current fees and Association office hours. Make sure you know this before you book to avoid surprises.
The upstairs was totally remodeled, November 2009. Both upstairs bathrooms have all marble floors and shower/bath with clear glass doors. Downstairs bathroom was remodeled in May 2015. Granite vanity tops and sinks. New toilets. New full size washer and dryer.
New bedroom and upstairs hall carpets were installed in 2014.
The downstairs kitchen and living room were remodeled in 2016. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances adorn the remodel. See our photos for the new look.
There is a small patio overlooking the lagoon, complete with table/chairs and propane BBQ.
