Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beautiful place to enjoy a weekend, the hotel is super close to downtown Tepoztlán. I loved the views, the tranquility, and the safety of the place. The staff is excellent; the hotel has a bar and restaurant, so after a stroll through Tepoztlán, you have everything you need without having to leave the hotel. The best part was the bonfire at night. The pool isn't heated, but that's very common in Mexico, so if you like cold water, you'll enjoy the pool; otherwise, there's the jacuzzi with warm water. The facilities are super clean and designed for people in wheelchairs, which is great. 100% recommended!

Negative: Perhaps investing in comfortable pillows would be a plus for the beautiful rooms.
