Enjoy the beautiful splendor and privacy of Lieutenant Island and direct access to the sandy, bayside beach. The spacious, open and flowing main living area with large deck and screen porch overlooking Wellfleet Harbor and Cape Cod Bay make this home an absolute delight.

The first floor living room with water views has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a table perfect for puzzles or game night. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining room and a lovely screen porch with table and chairs--perfect for outdoor dining. There is a full bathroom with shower on the first floor. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor as well. There is a ductless split unit air conditioner in the dining room.
All four of the home's bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony deck overlooking the water. There is another bedroom with spectacular views that has a queen bed and a twin bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed. All four bedrooms have ductless split unit air conditioners. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.
Relax on the deck just off the screen porch and take in the amazing water views and sunsets. Grill up dinner on the patio just off the deck. Direct access to the beach is just beyond the patio--no need to pack up the car and deal with crowds--the beach is right here. Just a short walkway and stairs to your private beach! Boating, fishing, swimming, beach walking, sunbathing, kayaking, sunset viewing and relaxing are just a few of the summertime pleasures available at this special waterfront home. There is an enclosed outdoor shower too!
Please note that properties on Lieutenant Island are accessed via a short causeway that at times can be covered by water at high tide (two times a day for approximately two hours). A tide chart is supplied so you can plan accordingly.
Head off Lieutenant Island and into Wellfleet Center for amazing restaurants, galleries, shops, entertainment and the weekly Wellfleet Farmers Market. Short drive to golfing, biking and walking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Wellfleet's freshwater ponds and much more. Little over a half hour drive to Provincetown for incredible dining, shopping, live entertainment, night clubs, whale watches, fishing charters and other fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
