Summary: The house is a new listing. It is big with 5 bedrooms, an open format kitchen/den, with separate dining and living rooms. We loved the layout with one bedroom downstairs for our guest who is recovering from knee surgery. The location was perfect; near our daughter's wedding at Lela's Place. Our grandsons loved the theater room and the Snickers bars on the beds. Being a new listing, there are several things that can be improved on. I am messaging the property manager with our suggestions. Once those improvements are made, this will be a very desirable rental house.
