The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 adults + 2 children, 4 in the main house with 2 double bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms, 2 in the pool house suite with 1 king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and 2 + 2 children in the guest suite with 1 double bed, 1 "cave" bed, en-suite bathroom (the pool house and guest suite have their own independent entrances. The living area is on the ground floor, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances gives onto a living and dining space with direct access to the water-front lagoon style private swimming pool and the Mediterranean garden. Next to the pool is a large wooden shaded pergola featuring a beautiful seating/dining area and traditional wood-fired barbecue providing a perfect entertaining area every hour of the day.
