Positive: Good and safe location, nice apartment, shops close by, well located. The host was responsive on WhatsApp. The complex has friendly people and good facilities.
Negative: The instructions to get to the location are not correct. There is a card key slot at the entrance given in the instructions and no way to get it. There is no way to call the receptionist from the gate so very difficult if you have luggage. The actual entrance is on the east side, opposite to the instructions so make sure your taxi takes you around to the parking lot which has two staff and a barrier. It’s opposite the massage place. When you get inside they won’t give you access to the lifts or the gate so you have to go around to the parking lot each time and you’ll have to use the stairs to get to the apartment. This is very odd that the host doesn’t give this information. I don’t understand why the instructions were wrong. Also, there is facial recognition to enter the building which you will have to wait for a technician to come and set up for you. All very annoying and should be arranged properly by the host.
Summary: Great apartment, lovely location, entry is challenging and should be improved.
