This is a one of a kind 200 m/2 house in Rock Garden Beach (approximately double the size of most houses there). It was totally demolished in 2010, redesigned, and rebuilt by Uncle Eric the designer of the award winning Pacific Club Resort in Phuket (#1 on Trip Advisor of 70 Resorts in Karon Beach for 9 years running and again awarded the 2014 distinguished Travellers Choice Award). This home serves as Uncle Eric`s country home when he is visiting Eastern Thailand.
This house features a 50 m/2 great room layout in the living-kitchen-dining area with vaulted ceilings, leather sofas, granite slab counter tops, 50 Flat screen TV, etc. It features a total of 4 sleeping rooms including 2 master suite rooms (one 28 m/2 and the smaller one is 23 m/2) which are configured as master suites in 5 star resort style including king size beds and ensuite bathrooms finished with travertine walls, granite slab counters, and 40 flat screen TV`s.
The other two sleeping rooms are configured as one kids room which can sleep up to 2 kids in a bunk bed and a room in the attic which has two more single bed. All beds are pocket spring mattresses of 5 star quality.
There are a total of 3 bathrooms and also a steam sauna jacuzzi. All water is triple purified for those with sensitive skin. The kitchen is fully equipped as a top grade American home including range-oven-microwave-dishwasher, side by side refrigerator freezer etc..
This house also features fully Air Con, Wifi, Satellite TV, and full soundproofing. There is a bonus 100 m/2 roof deck with shower, plenty of room for lounging, and a gas BBQ. Maximum capacity with existing bedding 8 people. Extra beds available for small charge.
Closest restaurant is about 50m outside Rock Garden Beach Resort.
