ABOUT THE VILLA

This townhome has beachfront views of the Pacific Ocean and is less than fifty steps to an amazing white sand beach. The property features a spacious living area, dining and kitchen area with full bathroom on the first level. The second level features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an incredible ocean views, king bed, en-suite master bathroom and oversized covered balcony. The spacious guest bedroom features 1 queen bed and 1 full bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
There is a washer/dryer as well as Wi-Fi, Cable, A/C throughout. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket. The townhome is stocked with other items for your personal use such as beach towels, hair dryer, iron and more!
The Palms has 24-hour security, gated privacy, a large BBQ area, a gym and two pools. 24-hour staff within the complex allows visitors English speaking contacts no matter the hour or day. Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear to our guests.

Summary: The property was beautiful, located close to restaurants (some a short walk, others a golf cart ride away), right on the beach, and perfect in size for our 4-person family. We loved the pool location, the palapas, and the bar at the pool. The rental itself had cookware, that we used sparingly, but we found it to have everything we needed. The concierge team (Alexandra) was great! Response time on What's App was very quick. She helped us rent a golf cart the same day we requested one. They also assisted us in getting access to the property on the day of arrival. So many great things, why my less than perfect review? We never received check-in instructions. When I sent 2 emails to Blue Zone Experience the day prior to our arrival requesting the instructions and how to access the property the response I was given was that they had already been emailed. Unfortunately, I never received the email, so this response was not helpful. Thankfully, when I reached out to the concierge team they stepped in and supplied the necessary information to allow us to check into the property. Our family did a late dinner on our first night of arrival. Upon returning to the property, we went to check out the work out facilities. We then were headed back to our villa. The sprinklers kicked on and we thought nothing of walking through them, until we realized that the water smells like sanitation. We all stunk! We had to take showers, us and our clothes smelled of poop! Beware of the sprinklers!
