Villas de Palermo is a gated community set back in the hills of San Juan del Sur. The high elevation offers breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Bay. The location is short ride from the beach but far enough away to relax with family or hideaway on a romantic weekend!
With a desk in each bedroom and excellent WiFi signal, Villa Luisa is also very well suited to guests visiting San Juan del Sur for work.
Each bedroom has a queen bed. Extra single beds will be added where more than 4 guests are specified during booking.

PLEASE NOTE:
Electricity is not included ($ 0.35 x kW consumed). Typical daily cost of electricity is $5 to $8 per day if used conservatively and we recommend only using A/C when you need it (we preset for 3 hours during the night). Meter readings will be taken when you arrive and depart and you will pay on departure.
You will be charged a one-time resort fee of $20 on check-in that you will pay directly to reception.
