DESCRIPTION
This marvellous penthouse of 240 square metres stands on the sixth floor of the highest building in the Fondazione Prada area, and features a marvellous Sauna, a large Terrace with barbecue, an Office for smart-working and a private Garage.
It is also close to the main Metro lines, which will allow guests to move around the whole of Milan in just a few minutes.
From here you can reach the Duomo in just 15 minutes and the prestigious Bocconi University in just 10 minutes.
THE SPACE
Living area: at the entrance of the penthouse, you will find in front of you a bright and spacious open-plan living room; with a very comfortable sofa with a double island that can be converted into a double bed, a latest-generation 43" Smart Tv (with pre-set Sky TV subscription), a stereo system, a bar corner, a fireplace (the use of which is forbidden), a spacious dining table, a foldaway wall, and a second pretty table suitable for smart working.
The entire living room has large, bright windows (all fitted with electric shutters) and a large French window with direct access to the panoramic terrace, fully equipped with: dining table, chairs, barbecue, sink, awnings and sun loungers.
Kitchen: Next to the Living Area, there is a functional and well-equipped kitchen, equipped with all kinds of household appliances such as: dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, gas cooker, fridge and freezer (with the possibility of making ice cubes), double sink, kettle, coffee machine (with Nespresso pods and American coffee), a pretty table and a French window with direct access to the panoramic terrace.
Laundry room: adjacent to the kitchen is a small laundry room equipped with a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, table and iron.
Night Zone: this last one is reached thanks to a corridor directly connected to the Living Zone, and has been realised to guarantee maximum privacy to the guests.

The entire bathroom is complete with a Bio courtesy kit, hairdryer and a complete set of towels.
THE SECOND AREA CONSISTS OF:
- Office: an elegant study in a private room entirely dedicated to smart-working, furnished with a spacious desk, a bookcase, a comfortable ergonomic armchair, and a bright French window with direct access to the room's private balcony.
- Single room: cosy and bright, it has a small desk built into the wardrobe (which can be used as a study area or as a second smart-working area), a chest of drawers, a corner cabinet for storing personal items, and a bright French door with direct access to the room's private balcony.
- Second bathroom: Located next to the single room is the second splendid black marble bathroom with white designer sanitary ware. The entire bathroom is complete with a Bio courtesy kit, hairdryer and a complete set of towels.
Panoramic Terrace: the penthouse is enriched by a spacious and bright terrace, decorated with many fruit plants, where guests can enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors with a wonderful view of the Milan skyline.
The latter features; a large table, two sunshades, a barbecue (where you can grill food) and a Solarium area with two comfortable sunbeds.
The context is very quiet as it is located on the penultimate floor, and is sheltered from the annoying noise of the city centre.
Garage: it is private and with a single parking space, and is located on floor -3 of the building, accessible via a car ramp. From there it will then be possible for guests to reach the sixth floor (where the penthouse is located) via two lifts in the building.

Guests will be guided by phone or chat by the Host in order to gain access to the penthouse and the garage.
