Access to this space is via a long staircase, so keep this in mind if you have special access needs or will have heavy luggage.

This apartment is at the rear portion of our residence. The exterior staircase and terrace that lead to your apartment may be shared with us occasionally, just when we need to access our home through the back or need to rend to our backyard.

For an additional pet fee, we allow a dog who is neutered/spayed, potty trained, and well behaved. No cats, please. We have a friendly French bulldog ourselves.
