2 Bedroom House in Abercorn Heights - Lamara Heights, Savannah
Brand new remodel in 2020, beautifully renovated with a mid century modern flare. Two full bathrooms, original turn of the century furniture, spacious backyard, private parking and smart home. We have thought of everything to ensure your stay brings all the comforts of home to you including a high-end fully stocked kitchen (snacks in the pantry) and baths (shampoo, etc.). Other modern conveniences you shouldn’t go without like keyless entry, WiFi and a smart flat screen, Nest and more.
We wanted to be able to provide a luxurious modern feel with a mid-century aesthetic, so we sourced original furniture personally to keep with the theme, freshly painted the house and remodeled, specifically with the short term renter in mind.
A private en-suite full master bath with shower and king bed. 2 twins in the second room and functional queen sofa bed in living room to sleep 6 in total. The shared second full bath is amazing, which we added, because we think if you have more than a few guests, you should have two bathrooms.
Modern needs? So do we, which is why we were relentless in making sure we integrated this remodel as a smart home, with a 43' flat screen TV, lighting fast Wifi, Nest, Alexa and keyless entry...you won't be disappointed.
Want to spend time outside? You'll love the backyard, lit walkway and original Southern outdoor fireplace. May as well make some friends and invite them over. The backyard is a shared space with the other unit (you can book separately on Airbnb).
Bottom line. Everything is brand new, 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, T-fal pots, pans, utensils, N'espresso machine and place settings for 8.
We're pretty sure we thought of everything, but if we didn't just ask.
