A modern and stylish house/villa on 2 floors located in friendly street /neighborhood in the capital city area, only 12 km drive from downtown Reykjavik.
The house has 4 bedrooms. The upper level has one Master bedroom with a Queen size bed, bathroom with a shower, a fully loaded kitchen with everything you need and a living room with a balcony which has a stunning view over Reykjavik City, where you can see for example The Pearl and the landmark church of Iceland, Hallgrimskirkja. When we have clear skies, you can sometimes see the Snæfellsjökul glacier on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King size bed (180x200cm ), the second bedroom has a double bed (140x200 ) with a tv + playstation 4, the third bedroom has a single bed (120x200 cm ) and if needed, another single bed (90x200 cm ) can be added to the room.
The TV room is equipped with a 55 inch TV + Apple Tv. The Master Bathroom is on the lower floor with a shower and bathtub and from the bathroom you enter our outdoor patio with a nice and spacious Hot Tub (NOT JACUZZI ) to relax in. If weather conditions are favorable, you can see the Aurora Borealis / Northern lights from it circulating over Reykjavik city.
We have also game/gym room with ping pong table, dart etc. Laundry room is on the lower floor with a washing machine and a dryer.
Two super markets, Krónan and Nettó, are close by, our neighbourhood public swimming pool is only 1km away („Salalaug“). Golf club GKG (www.gkg.is) is close by and from the house is a great outdoor area, very nice walking / running paths that take you into Heiðmörk (www.heidmork.is) beautiful nature park.
Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.
