With an occupancy of 12, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for a large family or perhaps two families coming together for a holiday experience you will never forget. The homeowners have gone above and beyond to supply the home with extra entertainment that is sure to impress every holidaymaker!
Including high-speed free Wifi, indoor Gym equipment, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, Foosball, mini pool table for kids, kayaks, hammock, swing seat, and bicycles. Just to name a few!
Walking through the beautiful front garden gates and opening the large front double doors the water views simply take your breath away. Ground floor offering 3 bedrooms, vast living/dining areas with 2 flat screen smart TVs, an enclosed balcony area overlooking the pool and water, a fully equipped kitchen with extra appliances including a coffee machine, air fry, juicer, and slow cooker (newly purchased Oct 2023) for guest use.
The home also has a family-sized laundry with a washer and dryer and a home gym stocked with selected equipment where you can work hard before relaxing by the pool. Providing high-quality super comfy brand-new bedding purchased from Myer in Oct 2023. Brand new: beds. quilts, firm mattresses, soft mattress cover/ underline all pillows, and pillow protectors.
