This house has a charcoal grill for use and comfortable outdoor furniture on the new back porch complete with a propane fire pit to enjoy the sunsets of the Texas Skyline and the cool summer nights and football weekends. You will need to provide your own propane for the fire pit.
All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet.
The house has a side entry door through the double gate fence. It has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Other than Uber Lubbock has City Bus Transportation. The bus stop is located one block west on 20th and Akron. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
Due to the recent increase in house parties in short-term rentals in Lubbock any guest found violating this rule will be subject to an immediate $500 charge plus any additional damages.
Please also note that only toilet paper is allowed to be flushed down toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party you will be responsible for the service call fee.
